Erm....well looking in my database of photos it would appear that i didn't take many photos on Vlieland...we did see a few birds, like a Wryneck that only i saw for 2 seconds, a Rosy Starling that only Niels saw for a few seconds (relocated the next day), a Short-eared Owl, a Honey-buzzard, some Arctic Skuas, Little Gulls and a Guillemot. We did, however, have a lot of fun, discovered that even large meatballs dont stay on plates if the plate is not horizontal, that saying 'stick these on James tab' makes for an expensive night (especially 3 nights in a row), that going to bed at 6am doesn't help with getting up at dawn for birding, that we will never eat in that restaurant again (forgotten the name but it's not one of the regular places) and that we want to do it all again next year!
